I forgot to mention that we were minutes from heading out to the High School orientation when The Boy poops his pants.....I know...it's always about the boy pooping his pants.....David looks at me and being the good wifey poo I am, I say "Fine....I'll change him". So once I am done I realize that the diaper genie needs dumping. So I quick whip out a garbage bag from under Daniel's changing table and a load that puppy up with a boat load of nasty diapers. I grab The Boy, grab the bag in the other hand and head down the stairs. As I lift my leg up to step over the gate, I hear it.....followed by a cool breeze on my left thigh and buttocks.....YEP....ripped my FAVORITE flare jeans from the The Gap........NICE!!!!! So much for "stretch" denim. Humph!!! All I can do is laugh after the week I have had! ;)
Now...on Friday morning, I head out to mail out my SP gift. I get to the post.....fix up my box, make sure everything is all in it, put my card in, seal the box.....and by golly...where the dilly did I put her address??? Now mind you, I know it by heart at this point, but I was unsure of the zip code. I'm sure that since it is not in my pocket
or purse, that I must have left it in the Mama Machine. So I leave the box in the Post Office....hoping that someone doesn't freak out and think it is a bomb and go and search my vehicle. NOPE....not there. As I am walking back in, deep in thought, I somehow managed to step off the sidewalk which in turn made me come crashing down to the ground. I can only imagine how UGLY it looked....arms flying up, the expression on my face, purse flying....... Oh yeah....I fell right on my knee's....HARD.....purse and contents are EVERYWHERE.....left foot is killing me....and I am thinking.....IF . I. JUST . RIPPED . ANOTHER . PAIR . JEANS . I . AM . GOING . TO . KILL .MYSELF!!! I pull myself together....amazed that I didn't have a naughty word/words escape my mouth for the little old man to hear that asked me if I was
ok....."Are you ok Ma'am"...when did 40 become "Ma'am"???? I whisper "I'll be fine" like Kevin, on Home Alone...I frantically reach back to pull my shirt and jacket down (I'm still on the ground at this point) because otherwise I'm sure the guy could see right down the back of my pants.... which the thought just HORRIFIED me....... I head back into the post office only to feel the blood running down my leg.....top of left foot is throbbing.....pay to ship...get the heck out of dodge.....look at my knee inside the Mama Machine....... to see about 3 rows of skin pushed back....LOVELY.....that should make for a nice crispy scab...especially after my next tanning visit. ~sigh~ I'm NOT laughing anymore!!! Drink's are now 24/7! Call me.... ;)

I had a pair of Armani years ago that I love. "gold" tag. Same thing happened to me. I tape and sewed those things up and got another couple years out of them. What I'd do to be able to squeeze my cheecks back into them!! lol..
