I love the new colors on your blog! I love change, too...just can't figure out how to make that happen(with our blog) on my own yet. One day...
I wanted to mention to you that I have had horrible pain in my shoulder/neck for the last 5 years and a herniated disk in my lower back...feeling 83 instead of 43!
I have been taking a yoga/pilates class the last few months and really find it to be helping. Lots of really intense stretching. My chiropractor also thought it was a great idea. Just a thought...not sure if it would help you too, but wanted to tell you about it.

I just read your blog about your teenage daughter. I want you to know how much I really and truly know how bad your heart hurts for her. Teenage girls are soo cruel. There is a book called Queen Bees and Wannabees. If you haven't heard of it, it might help you. I have a 16 year old daughter named Amanda. She is a mature old soul. She has struggled with friends and grown through the troubled times. We went through so much stress that she ended up with mono. It can actually tear out a mother's heart. I just loving her and supporting her. I listened and shed my own tears. I know that these times made Amanda stronger. She has changed groups of friends and for right now she is fine. It did get so bad that we had to put her on anxiety medicine. But she is a strong wonderful smart person.
I hoep your daughter is feeling better. The time in Hawaii will help so much. I will be praying for you and your family.

Steffie how do you do that picture thing with 4 pics all together? thatis awesome! Another thing my Astrud has and goes thru the same things as your Emmie does and it is heartbreaking. I find comfort in the fact the my child does not act that way toward others and that she has a good christian heart and that makes me so proud.
And another thing I thnk you would look beautiful with really dark hair!
