Girl, you have to tell me if it works, Tim snores soooo loud that I usually end up sleeping on the couch!

I am so getting one of these for Ron. His snoring has been the subject of our conversation lately. It is SO loud and wakes me up every single night. Thanks Stef for the heads up on this one. Now I know what he is getting for Christmas. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I happened upon your blog from 'Lil Bubble Queen's' site. I had to chime in when I saw your post on snoring. I'm a nurse who works in a sleep clinic, and it sounds like your hubby could use a sleep study and possibly a CPAP machine. A lot of people are opposed to looking into it, but apnea can lead to many other health problems and it's important to treat it ASAP! The CPAPs have gotten smaller, quieter and the masks are much easier to use and more comfortable than they used to be. Talking to your pulmonologist or nuerologist wouldn't hurt!

yeah for you !!! a gift that keeps on giving !!!

I need to tell my father about this. He was just diagnosed with sleep apena and is having a difficult time acclamating to the CPAP. Stubborn as a mule. We have all warned him how serious apena is but he doesn't get it. Teaching an old dog new tricks is challenging. He is talking about returning the machine. Shzz. My fh also was diagnosed with apena a couple of years ago. Was not a typical candidate. No health issues, not over weight and only 34 at the time of diagnosis. He uses his machine nightly. He sleeps better and so do I!!!
