I can't even begin to tell you how shocked I was to open my email this morning and see a response from Ann at Red Threads telling me she had answers to my questions and 4 new pictures of Chang Ruigang.....our precious Andrew. WOULD.YOU.LOOK. AT. HIM!!!!! I am so happy to see how healthy and happy he looks. And I believe he is holding a piece of the candy that was in his care package. I sooooo needed this right now. My heart breaks as I look at this sweet boy, knowing not a thing about his first 3 1/2 years of life. I pray that he is emotionally strong and will feel all of our love as he grieves his losses with us. And I pray that he will bond with us and embrace Sophia and Daniel and will feel their love too. Hang on sweet boy.....we are coming.....

Oh dear me. He is GORGEOUS! What a sweetie! I know you are worried about his life right now, but soon he will be home and safe. I won't say it's really easy to adopt an older child, we have DEFINITELY had our struggles with Adam, but it has almost been a year and things are going SO much better.
