It's amazing how a little bubble wrap will entertain a 4 and 2 year old. They sat there until every bubble was popped, taking turns and laughing and giggling with each other. Every time Daniel would pop one he would exclaim " I did it" to which Sophia would say "Good job, Daniel". It really was quite sweet. If Daniel couldn't get it he would look at Sophia and ask for help and she would get the bubble just right so he could pop it. ~sigh~ They really are starting to play well with each other. However, there are times when Daniel just wants to be a boy and rough house and Sophia wants no part of it. I think having Andrew join us is Gods perfect answer for our family.....I just can't wait to bring him home. Hopefully, we will get our TA in about another 3 weeks. I'm still estimating mid April travel......hoping we can still have our family vacation in Maui. Sophia has already been asking when we are going....she really does not like the cold weather. lol That's Mommy's girl. ;) Palm tree's, ocean and sand....it's the only way to go! ;)

I am with Sophia. Bring on Maui!

Three weeks eh? that must seem like forever. Not helpful with trying to plan life.

I had a good chuckle over the bubble wrap image. It is so cute.

How cute! Made me think that my Magnolia will be 4 when our little boy is 2 and I only hope they play as nicely as yours. :) We just got a package with bubble wrap and I very excitedly showed it to Magnolia who covered her face and begged me to stop popping....oh I only hope someday she'll know the joy of bubble wrap. :)

I'll keep doing the TA chant at our house for you. I need to get my hands on some bubble wrap. I might actually get some things done without Josie under my feet. Great idea!!

Stay warm this weekend. Another storm headed our way on Saturday. Yippee!!

I'm thinking that packing bubble wrap might make a good hotel room activity to do in China. Kids never tire of that. It would be wonderful to use on the plane for the 18-hour flight, but I'm thinking that your neighbors may not appreciate it. ;)

Can't wait to read about Sophia saying, "Good job, Andrew."

Steffie, as I have prayed for you, a picture comes to mind every time I pray so I want to share with you after reading this post. It has brought me many smiles! I have pictured Daniel and Andrew riding on trikes around the clickity-clack track of their playground as Princess Sophie is in her tower directing her knights from above! Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers!
