It has been so hot here lately, that all three Things have been enjoying the pool.
The big news is that Sophia is swimming on her own. Of course it was big sis that got her to finally let go of the side of the pool! ;)
Sophia was so proud of herself, all she kept saying was "I can't wait for Daddy to get home....he is going to be so pwod of me!" She truly is a Daddy's girl.
These two can just go off and be in their own little world. They have their own conversation's and tell secrets all the time. If you ask me.....these two are trouble. Last weekend Thing 1 got to have a sleep over in Thing Teens room. She thought it was awesome...except she was a HUGE grouch the next day because she was up waaaay too late!
Thing 2 continues to amaze us in the pool. He goes under, experiments with floating, tries to keep his balance in all sorts of ways.....Thing 2 is something!
Just a little sisterly Thing love....or maybe working on causing some trouble.....Thing 1's smile gives away that something sneaky might be going on! Thing Teen hides behind those glasses!
And finally, my happy little Thing 1. She is so proud....all she wants to do now is swim, swim, swim! We love you baby girl....we are "pwod" too! ;)

OK...so there is still hope for our Francesca to start swimming on her own (she does the death-grip around your neck when even in the pool)...The photos are so beautiful and how wonderful is it that all three are in the pool together and having a great time!

The pool looks great - It's been over 100 degrees here everyday for a couple of weeks with no sign of relief. It's just too hot to get in the pools here. "Just keep swimming" for us...

OH my, these pics are sooooooooooooo great! I love seeing all of the things hanging out in the pool just chillin'. Looks like they are all having a blast. Love seeing Daniel doing his own little thing in the pool. He is so cute!!!! The sisters pics are just priceless. I love how Emmie is looking at Sophia. So sweet!!!

First of all, Happy 16th LIDaversary!!! All of your Things look adorable playing in the water. Mia doesn't like anyone touching her when she has her swim vest on so she can "do on her own", so I can relate.
When I saw the pictures of Emmie and Sophia, I thought of you and Ingrid. What a big deal for Sophia to get to camp out in big sis' room!!

Happy 16 to you. I think it is fantastic that the Things are doing so well with their swimming.
