Our Christmas Morning

guitar
We had a great Christmas morning with the kids. Sophia was so excited when she realized that Santa had come the night before. Some of you may remember that she told Santa she wanted a Princess Guitar and a Music Box. Well, low and behold.....she must have been a good girl this year because Santa brought her both! ;) She is in LOVE with her guitar. We tightened the strings and away she played. It has an adorable case to put it in with her name on it. The Music Box, which is really a jewelry box has a twirling princess in it and a few "secret" drawers. This is placed on her head board on her bed. She also got this huge box of Old World Blocks which she has been building castles out of for the last two days. They have beautiful pictures printed on all sides. Pagodas, dragons, Chinese characters, pyramids and all sorts of exotic pictures. They are very cool to say the least. She also got a fun little piano with a microphone to sing in and she can record her own songs. Currently in Sophia's world.....LIFE.IS.GOOD! ;) christmas collage
Daniel started to get into cars and trains about 2 months before Christmas. Daddy built Daniel a table for his room and we put together a Thomas the Train set for him and tacked it down so there would be no throwing the tracks as he still gets a bit frustrated when things aren't PERFECT! I can't IMAGINE who he gets that from ?!?!?!? He also got a remote control car and this HUGE remote controlled Dinosaur. Lots of little "in his room" kind of toys as well. Emmie was the Coach princess this year along with a PB Teen custom made cork board and a little pink refrigerator to go into her bedroom. There seemed to be an endless amount of clothes, shoes and bags for her.... and I think for the most part she was happy with what Santa brought as well. So now we clean up, get the house put back together, enjoy the rest of Christmas break and start another New Year. Life is good and we have much to be thankful for here in the Tribe's home.
Happy New Year everyone.... Hugs, Steffie
