Me and the Things

Well, the hubs left early this morning for his annual Colorado skiing trip for a week with "the guys". We have a time share in Breckenridge, CO and they go there every year. Can I get a "OH YEAH BABY".........Bid Daddy gets a vaca and Little Momma is going to do some shopping. Boom Baby! I've got a "To Do" list a mile long.....repainting the laundry room, touching up the paint in Sophia's bathroom and Emmie's old room.....not to mention the mess she left behind.....so that tells you what Miss Teen Thing will be working on this weekend between her "socializing" schedule. That should be a wonderful argument! ~sigh~ We moved her down to her new room last weekend......oh my achin' word.....what a trauma! She has waaaaaaaaaay too much stuff. I have mixed feelings about moving her so soon since the wait is like what???????....... for a decade now?????? So there sits an empty room which DOES NOT settle well with me.....so I have decided that Thing 1 and Thing 2 will not only have a play room downstairs, but upstairs as well. I can't bring myself to turn it into a nursery yet.......things are just way too uncertain for us at this point. I'm staying positive folks, don't get me wrong, but I am also trying to find some peace in my heart and realize that my family just may be complete ~sigh~ Unfortunately my bedroom just needs an total clean out and overhaul and the Blog Fairy and I are working on a new lay out and blog change. FUN...FUN....FUN! I have a hallway closet to clean out, that if you looked in it you would just laugh at all the disorganization in there. SCARY!!!!!! Oh and the best part......I am having dinner with one of the most FAMOUS BLOGGERS in ALL OF BLOGLAND! Oh yes..... Miss Kimberley herself from The Seventh Diamond.....oh dear what should I wear....does she still like me.....do I order a cocktail...will she be offended.......will we have ANYTHING to talk about........Bawaaaaaahaaaaaa! I love that girl! So....there you have it.....posts may be scarce this week, but I will try to make my rounds to all of you! Smooches!!!!!
